I had my 12 yr. old grandson with me Sunday. His birthday is in June. After watching him do tricks on his dirt bike and skateboard I thought I would make him a picture to hang on his wall that would encourage him to make the best of everyday!
The Steps:
Step 1: I had purchased two digital stamps from Kenny K Stamps. The background is called “City Scapes” and the other is called “Super Hero” Unfortunately Kenny K. has since closed his on line store and moved to drawing images for the big leagues now. I sized, printed and colored the two digital images. Then I fussy cut the “super hero”.
Step 2. Make a frame using the below die set using a star cardstock purchased at Joanne Crafts. Any star cardstock would work:
This die is called Happy Frame by Elizabeth Craft Designs. Cut the single pc. die from the Happy Frame four times for the 4 sides of the frame.
Step 3: Assemble the frame: Assembly video
Step 4: Adhere the assembled frame on top of the City Scape.
Step 5. I added some clouds, a sun, and the sentiment. Add the “Super Hero” as shown.
That’s it!
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you’ll take the challenge. We would love to see what you make!
