I was asked by one of my salon friends to create a birthday card for a retired man who lives for golf! And, she wanted a pop up. They all do! But they know I love to make them.
The Steps:
The Pop Up Inside:
Step 1: Create the pop up mechanism by using this die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs 788 – Lots of Pops. There is an assembly video from Karen Burniston on YouTube.
Step 2: Create the background for the pop up scene by first using Susan Teirney Cockburn’s Clouds and Grass stencil for Elizabeth Craft Designs to make the sky/grass:
Step 2: Cut all the elements for the scene:
The golfer silhouette and the golf “hole” are Silhouette digital files.
