A New Challenge group: CASology

CASology Week 188 “Laugh” Challenge entry

This is a card challenge group that I found out about when I entered a card I made using my new Pink and Main stamps on P and M’s Facebook fan page and saw they were a sponsor for this week’s CASology challenge.  I had never heard of them and thought “What the heck is CASology?  The name didn’t ring of a greeting card group of crafters to me.  Who knew that CASology stands for : “a clean & simple card making challenge”?  I hopped over there to see what that was all about and was fascinated by the description under each of the design team inspiration entries.  Like I said in yesterday’s blog entry, I didn’t really plan on entering any challenges this week.  I just wanted to color and play around with some new craft toys I recently bought.

I had just purchased the cute frog and lily pad digital stamps from a Company called “Scrappers Delight” because I had just bought some really cute brads last weekend at the Scrapbook EXPO of a “cell phone” and the “Selfie” button.  I knew that frog would be so cute holding that cell phone.  Once I learned of CASology and saw what the theme was…… well,  how could I not enter this challenge?  I already had the perfect images colored for this card challenge theme “laugh”!!

Cardstock:  My favorite for coloring with Copics “Paper Temptress”  The white cardstock for card base “Neenah Bright White” 80lb.from Amazon
