Freshly Made Sketches 210

This weeks sketch!

I got in late this week.  In fact right before the entry deadline.  So here are the details of the card.  I chose to use 3 Elizabeth Craft Designs Peel Off Stickers.  I first made the glitter paper using Scor-Tape which is a precut 6×6 double sided adhesive.  I applied the tape to a 6×6 piece of white cardstock.  Then I covered the now very sticky cardstock with Elizabeth Craft Design’s Silk Microfine Glitter in Warm Diamond.  I colored inside the black outline images with Copic Markers.  I then chose a Happy Birthday Silhouette file.  I sized the image and cut it out twice.  Once in black and once in pink.  I cut the out of the black one which left me with just a black frame that perfect fit over the pink version.  I then backed it with white cardstock.  I cut two mats, one green and one yellow and then assembled the whole thing.  Pretty fast, easy Fresh and Clean!

Materials Used

White, yellow and green cardstock

Elizabeth Craft Design: Peel off stickers, Silk Microfine glitter in Warm Diamond, Scor-Tape

Copic Markers: Y08,YG11,YG13,YG17,R81,R83

I have been crafting with paper for several yrs. now. I am a single mother of four grown children (2 boys, 2 girls) and a grandmother of 6 (5 girls and 1 boy). I still work as a hairdresser part time at a beautiful retirement community in San Ramon, CA My passions are: gardening, sewing and crafting with paper while watching my favorite TV shows. I have an amazing dog named Shelby who I just can't imagine life without. I hope, with this blog, that I will inspire, teach, prevent costly mistakes in your journey and well, just have a lot of fun creating.
